Our Story
In 2023, leaders from Faith Church, Flourish Church and Hands of Hope began a collaborative group regarding kids and vulnerable families affected by foster care. With the help of a grant cohort from the organization More Than Enough, the team took many courses, read books, and met with many people to discover what was going well and also identify gaps in our area. In early 2024 we shared our findings to a group of 10 churches and named our collaborative group of churches Be The Village. Be The Village aims to come alongside DCS, foster and kinship families in our region to support vulnerable kids and families.
